The Maryland Women’s Heritage Center Presents a Discussion on: “The Power of the Woman’s Vote.”

#Me Too, unEqual Pay, Health Insurance, Freedom of Choice, Family Separation. All of these issues will be impacted by the upcoming elections; and they are all issues that affect women and families. This will be a non-partisan conversation to help effect positive change for women and girls.

Join us for a discussion with Alice Giles, past president of Howard County League of Women Voters; Maryland Women’s Hall of Fame Inductee, Dorothy Bailey; Joanne Dowdell, SVP of Global Government Affairs; and Abby Hendrix, Emerge Maryland, discussing the historic and current impact women’s voting power has on issues and the country.

Light brunch fare will be served.
